## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The 138 FW Contracting Office, Tulsa, Oklahoma intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with FATIGUE TECHNOLOGY INC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). 138 Maintenance Squadro requires specialized took kit for the repair of cracks, and replacement of nut plates on the F16 fuel cell panels nut plate holes, per Technical Order 1F-16CG-3-1.

Fatigue Technology meets requirement since they have propriety over nut plates and retainers that require FTI tools. Anticipated delivery date will be September 27, 2024. 138 FW Contracting office has issued a single source justification and approval indicating that there are no authorized providers of this brand-specific requirement and is posted with this notice.
