To meet the mission's objectives, the Government requires a turnkey, commercial solution within the local Oklahoma City metropolitan area that includes: Exclusive access to a professional rowing and paddling facility. A guided, hands-on curriculum utilizing specific watercraft (e.g., multi-person Dragon Boats on the Oklahoma River) or specialized indoor athletic equipment (e.g., indoor rowing tanks and ergometers). All necessary safety gear, safety briefings, and professional facilitation. A catered meal provided on-site for all participants. The intended vendor is the only known local commercial entity that possesses the necessary riverfront infrastructure, specialized aquatic training equipment, and established team-building curriculum required for this event.
