## Description

137th Special Operation Wing Fire Safety Deficiency Investigation and Repair Pre-solicitation / Synopsis IAW FAR 5.2 NAICS Code: 541330 Engineering Services The Oklahoma National Guard intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to award a single firm fixed- price contract for non-personal services to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the investigation and repair of Fire Protection Engineering Services for fire suppression and alarm safety deficiencies at the 137th SOW Will Rogers Air National Guard Base. The contract duration will be 90 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. The disclosed magnitude of this project IAW

FAR 36.204(b) is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 541330. The small business size standard is $25.5M. The 137th SOW Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract to FIRETROL PROTECTION SYSTEMS, INC. The Government intends to award this contract without discussions. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To register go to www.sam.gov. Instructions for registering are on the web page (there is no fee for registration). Additionally, contractor shall be licensed in Oklahoma, have a certified Fire Protection Engineer on staff, and be fully capable to self-perform the fire protection investigation, certification, and repairs with limited sub-contracting IAW

FAR 52.219-14. Firetrol Protection Systems, INC are considered the sole source with the capability to perform the complexity of the requirements specific for compatibility with existing installation systems. Noted J&A will be posted 14 days after contract award IAW
