The contract duration will be 90 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. The disclosed magnitude of this project IAW FAR 36.204(b) is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 541330. The small business size standard is $25.5M. The 137th SOW Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract to FIRETROL PROTECTION SYSTEMS, INC. The Government intends to award this contract without discussions.
