## Description

**Project Overview:** Total Quantity: 33 seats.

**Location:** 180th Fighter Wing, Swanton, OH.

**Required Services:** Full-service project including the removal and disposal of existing chairs and the professional installation of new seating.

**Project Sequence:** The work will proceed by removing old chairs, allowing for carpet replacement by others, followed by the final installation of the new chairs.

**Product Specifications:** We are seeking fixed seating solutions with the following features:

**Mounting:** Floor-mounted with powder-coated steel standards.

**Construction:** Durable plastic outer shell for the back and seat pan.

**Comfort:** Upholstered inner back and seat cushions.

**Writing Surface:** Integrated folding tablet arm with a plastic laminate top.

**Quality:** Standard commercial-grade finishes and construction.
