## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W50S8R-24-R-5036 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business. The NAICS code that applies is 334111 and business size is 1,250 employees. This action will result in a FFP purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures under Full and Open competition after Exclusion of Sources. Funds are presently available for this requirement.

CLIN 0001 – 2.4 meter motorized flyaway antenna, with the following minimum capabilities: 2.4 meter carbon fiber segmented reflector, Band-configurable, pre-cabled Elevation over Azimuth pedestal (+- 180 Az, 5-90 degrees El), interchangeable feed interface Auto-acquire controller with GUI software and API that can run on laptop Ability to remotely control/point dish, pointing via ethernet/fiber Tactical/rugged cases for all parts to fit in Efficient assembly, quick operational capable (<1hr) Manual stow ability of antenna (in event of emergency; e.g. hand crank) Operational with winds up to 45 mph Custom feed with C/KU band with standard Cross?Polarization compensation so that feed doesn’t need changed out to switch between bands KA band with cross polarization C/Ku/Ka 100W BUC/HPA mounted Integrated GPS Ability to be grounded, must include Anchoring kits Frequency requirements - Ka Additional Freqs (Circ/Lin) - Rx: 20.2-21.2 -Tx: 30-31 - Add C INSAT Feed (Circular) - Rx:
