\nThis solicitation is to perform preventative maintenance checks on the Mass Notification System at the Eastern Air Defense Sector (EADS), Rome, NY, as outlined in the attached PWS. The Eastern Air Defense Sector requires annual preventative maintenance for its Outdoor Mass Notification System to ensure its operational readiness and reliability. The system is critical for base-wide alerts and communication.
The period of performance shall consist of one 12 month base year and four 12 month option years.

\nVendors must provide a quote for ALL option years required. Partial quotes will not be considered.
