## Description

This project, Gym cleaning, consists of cleaning room 131 and all contained gym equipment in Building 700. The result of Gym cleaning is a thoroughly clean gym in Building 700, removing dirt, dust, and potential contaminants. This project will promote life safety through a well-executed contract, meeting code requirements and optimal functionality. Reference attached PWS for project details. Wage Determination attached. This is a 100% total small business set aside. IAW FAR 36.204(B) THE MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $0 AND $25K. Award will be based on lowest price.

A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON JANUARY 29, 2026, AT 10:00 AM. Attendees will meet at building 700, 366 Otis St., Rome, NY, 13441. Attendees must email Briana McCaffery at Briana.mccaffery@us.af.mil NLT 12:00 PM (noon) on 28 January 2026.
