## Description

Trane has full proprietorship on the current controller system which needs to be upgraded and integrated into their EMCS SC+ system, they do not re-sell to third parties. All current controllers are manufactured and programmed; as well as the software that monitors the HVAC system; is built by Trane's Tracer systems which is a proprietary from Trane.
