## Description

The purpose of this update is to post answers to questions that have been submitted in response to the solicitation as well as provide a copy of the most recent MNS inspection report. See attachments for complete details. The 109th AW at Stratton ANGB, 1 Air National Guard Rd, Scotia, NY 12302, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract (base + 4 options years) for biannual mass notification system maintenance.

Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government as outlined in accordance with the criteria set forth within the solicitation. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. Determination of best value will include an evaluation of price and past performance.

The evaluation factors used to determine best value within this solicitation are not in a relative order of importance and the relative importance assigned to each evaluation factor is not stated. Quoters must provide proof that employees are certified by Federal Signal Systems to perform and certify equipment. This acquisition is being solicited as unrestricted (not set-asside for small business concerns).

This RFQ contains one (1) line item for the base year and one (1) line item for each of the subsequent option year (5 line items total). Quoters must quote on all line items. The wage determination and performance work statement are part of the solicitation and attached.
