## Description

The Government issued a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to EATON Corporation for a flex plan with two UPS and two battery preventive maintenance checks at Niagara Falls ARS, NY. Because EATON is the sole provider of product support, there is no competitor that could render the services needed to complete maintenace on our UPS. EATON will be the sole source until the UPS has passed its useful life and a new UPS is needed to be sourced. Any questions can be addressed to both the Primary & Secondary POC's listed on this announcement.
