Trane US, Inc. is the only source capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required are unique or highly specialized. Purchase of these supplies or service from a source other than Trane US. Inc. using commercial procedures would have resulted in additional costs and potential, mechanical and software delays, and potential schedule delays. The justification and authorization is posted. A determination by the Government not to compete with this task order based on software proprietary with Trane US, Inc. and the facility infrastructure at the 106th Rescue Wing. There was no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.303-2.
