## Description

This purpose of this Special Notice is to indicate the New Hampshire National Guard's intent to award on a sole source basis to ADVANTOR SYSTEMS II LLC, in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Source). This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers and is posted for fifteen (15) calendar days. No solicitation package will be available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government
