This notice constitutes an Invitation for Bids (IFB), Solicitation W50S8A-24-B-A004 to renovate office space in Building 254 at Pease Air National Guard Base (PEASE ANGB), Newington, NH. The Government seeks to award a single firm fixed price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools equipment, appliances and supervisors needed for the renovation of that site. The anticipated contract duration shall be approximately 270 days. Please refer to the attached Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings attached to this solicitation. Also be sure to review the attached SF1442 for a complete listing of the applicable provisions and clauses.
