## Description

The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential sources for planning purposes only. The New Hampshire National Guard will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. Responses to this notice are NOT considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The intent of this notice is to identify qualified business concerns capable of performing the requirements as described below.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236210- Industrial Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45.0M. Specifically, the New Hampshire Air National Guard has a potential need to renovate office space (following a separate contract for demolition & mold removal) as follows:

Installation of 9,000 sqft of drywall Installation of 22,000 sqft of ceiling tiles Install 8,500 sqft of carpet Install approx. 12,000 sqft of insulation Provide 2,000 linear feet of cove base and painting Reinstallation of standard facility infrastructure The site of the work will be 302 Newmarket St, Newington, NH 03801. Submissions are restricted to ten (10) single-sided pages.

In responding to this notice, please provide the following information: The size status and socio-economic category of your organization A listing of projects completed during the past three (3) years, may be from both Government and/or private industry projects. The list must include the type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and point of contact. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor. If a subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor.

A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. A letter from your surety with your maximum bonding capacity per project. Submit your information via e-mail by 4:00 PM Eastern Time on 3 February 2025, to both matthew.r.lapointe.civ@army.mil and william.j.cole68.mil@army.mil.
