Specifically, the 157th ARW of the New Hampshire Air National Guard has a need to replace three flat roofs on Bldg 254 at Pease Air National Guard Base. The total square footage of roof that needs replacement is approximately 33,250 sqft with an adhered PVC system. Work shall also include demolition of existing structures and hazardous material abatement where applicable. Submissions are restricted to ten (10) single-sided pages maximum, and must include: (1) Positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor. (2) A completed and signed Sources Sought Response Form SZCQ212200. (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three (3) years, may be from both Government and/or private industry projects where Type C services were rendered. The list must include the type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and point of contact.
