The authority for this action is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The intended awardee is the project’s original Designer of Record and previously performed the Type A and Type B services for the project. The requirement includes construction-phase technical support, design-related clarification, critical-submittal review, periodic inspections, modification support, testing support, record-drawing support, and project closeout documentation. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the Government. Detailed technical information will be provided, as appropriate, to responsible sources upon request and subject to applicable access, handling, security, and release requirements.
