\n\nThe intended awardee is the project’s original Designer of Record and previously performed the Type A and Type B services for the project. The requirement includes construction-phase technical support, design-related clarification, critical-submittal review, periodic inspections, modification support, testing support, record-drawing support, and project closeout documentation.
\n\nThis notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the Government.
