## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is designated as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 333310 (Commerical and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The 119th Wing has a Brand Name or Equal requirement for the following Dining Hall Equipment items:

**CLIN 0001:** Brand Name or Equal 78" Dual Sliding Door Display Case, 1 EA CLIN 0002: Brand Name or Equal 48" Dual Sliding Door Display Case, 2 EA CLIN 0003: Brand Name or Equal Double Size Convection Oven, 2 EA CLIN 0004: Brand Name or Equal Heavy Duty 60-Quart Planetary Mixer, 1 EA CLIN 0005: Brand Name or Equal 72" Buffet Display Table, 1 EA CLIN 0006: Brand Name or Equal 60" Buffet Display Table, 1 EA CLIN 0007: Shipping Charges (if applicable), 1 EA Delivery Terms: FOB Destination (Fargo, ND 58102) with a standard commercial loading dock available.
