## Description

The 119th Wing/North Dakota Air National Guard, located at 1400 32nd Ave. North in Fargo, ND 58102 is conducting preliminary Market Research to determine an available pool of Small Business vendors who are authorized resellers/providers of Power Monitoring Expert software upgrade services for software that is manufactured by Schneider Electric USA, Inc. Also required is the startup and PME integration of 7 existing meters on-site. Please see attachment for further information.
