## Description

14MAY2024 - PLEASE SEE QUESTIONS THAT WERE RECEIVED AND CORRESPONDING ANSWERS IN ATTACHMENT TITLED "Solicitation Q and A Final".

**Amendment #1:** This RFQ has been updated as it was mistakenly set aside as 100% small business in the classification section. The requirement is open to full and open competition. The North Dakota Air National Guard, 119th WG, has a requirement for ongoing local telephone service.

This requirement will re-home existing Local Telecommunication Service (LTS) that are currently provided on a low-speed time-drivision multiplexed (LSTDM) cirucit to one provided using session initiation protocol (SIP) trunks to include local and long distance dialing. All connectivity requirements and features currently transported over the existing LSTDM must be migrated over so that transition can occur without any loss of capability.

The LTS will support the installation 24 hours a day/seven days a week/365 days a year (24/7/365). Please see the attached RFQ, Performance Work Statement (PWS), Clauses and Provisions and RFQ Pricing Sheet for information and details on the requirement.
