## Description

**Amendment One:** Please see the attached Questions and Answers to this combined synopsis/solicitation, W50S88-24-Q-0110.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote; the solicitation number is W50S88-24-Q-0110.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02. The 119th Wing North Dakota Air National Guard (NDANG) has a requirement to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) to provide Event Planning and Coordination Services for the NDANG Chaplain and Yellow Ribbon Programs for a period of up to five (5) years, as described in the Performance Statement (PWS).
