"Tactical color and low-visibility logo requirements apply only to components externally visible during standard flight operations (e.g., primary glider canopy, harness, and motor frame). These visual requirements do not apply to internal emergency equipment, such as the reserve parachute canopy." Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for receipt of quotes and notify vendors of an upcoming addition to the requirement specifications. Specifically, this amendment makes the following changes: **Extension of Quote Due Date:** The deadline for receipt of quotes is hereby extended. **Previous Due Date:** Friday, July 24, 2026, 10:00AM EST New Due Date: Friday, July 31, 2026, 10:00AM EST Addition of Specifications (Forthcoming): This extension is granted to allow the Government sufficient time to incorporate additional specifications for a parachute that was not included in the original solicitation document.
