Sections of the SOW may supersede the requirements found in the specifications, in which case, the more stringent/higher quality requirements will apply. The Michigan Air National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Construction of comprehensive HVAC upgrades for Building 304 and Hanger 9. The contractor will handle everything from demolition and removal of the old units to the installation, commissioning, and integration of the new systems with the existing digital controls. The work will be performed over 365 days while the building remains occupied and operational, requiring careful coordination for utility shutdowns and access to secure areas at Selfridge Air National
