At SANGB, contractor shall remove medium voltage vacuum breakers from building 854 and transport them to contractor’s location. Troubleshoot, repair breakers, and provide new parts to restore breaker to functionality. All repairs are in accordance with approved manufacturer recommendations and industry standards and parts. Test breakers at contractor’s location; when ready the contractor shall return breakers to SANGB, install and test breakers in building 854. Prior to acceptance, the Government POC shall observe testing.
