## Description

Provide local and long distance telephone services for Battle Creek ANGB. Includes rehome of existing Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) that are currently provided on a low-speed time-division multiplexed (LSTDM) circuit with one provided using session initiation protocol (SIP) trunks. Current PBX is not capable of supporting SIP trunks and will require the use of a managed switch/media converter provided by the servicing vendor. See attached RFQ combined synopsis/solication and Performance Work Statement (PWS).
