## Description

This project entails overlaying the modified bitumen roofing system with a Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing system and retrofitting the metal seam roof into a TPO roof. This project requires selective demolition and replacement of roof deck panels as needed, removal/replacement of vents, flashing, coping, and gutters, installation of new 2-inch insulation, cover board and single membrane Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing system.

TPO roofing system to include all accessories to seal all vents, electrical and HVAC piping, roof top air handling units and roof top structures, penetrations, etc. Replace all coping/parapet caps, wall metal flashings and through-wall scuppers and downspout assemblies.
