## Description

The Maryland Air National Guard has a requirement for repair and replace the roofs for Bldg. 3010 & 2040. Location: Work is to take place at the Maryland Air National Guard, 2701 Eastern Boulevard, Baltimore, MD 21220 IAW FAR 36.204(e), the magnitude of this project is betw een $500,000 and $1,000,000. This is set-aside for 100% HUBZone.

The NAICS is 238160 - Roofing Contractors w ith a small business size standard of $19 M. A preproposal meeting will be conducted on 29 Feb 2024 at 10:00 AM EST. A site visit will follow the meeting. This will be the only site visit for this solicitation. See attached document for details on how to attend. Questions are due 12 Mar 2024.
