## Description

This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.105 Synopsis and Posting Requirements requiring the notification of proposed contract actions. This announcement is not a solicitation or request for quotes or proposals and no contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice. The subsequent solicitation (Request for Quote) will only be issued orally in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c).

This requirement will be a small business set aside, NAICS Code 314994, PSC 4240. The MA Air National Guard 102d Intelligence Wing intends to solicit for climbing and rescue gear equipment that is coming to the end of life. Description of Requirements is as follows:
