The 181st IW has two fiber lines running through a manhole that need to be spliced to restore connectivity to one of our buildings. Due to the existing conditions, the contractor would need to have personnel who are qualified and equipped to enter the manhole/confined space, access the existing fiber, pull or work with the available slack, and complete the required fiber splicing and testing.
