## Description

EDIT - 9 Sept 2026: Clauses for Payment and Performance Bonds have been removed from Attachment 4. This is a non-construction service applicable to the Service Contract Act.

The 126 Air Refueling Wing has a requirement to restore numerous plant beds across the campus to their original condition.
