## Description

The 126th Air Refueling Wing has a requirement for emergency roof repairs to Building 5026 (MXG Main Hangar) at Scott AFB, IL.

The attached document contains the Requirement Description, Line Item Structure (CLIN 0001), Site Visit Instructions, Bonds and Payment Protection information, Submission Instructions, Evaluation Factors, and all applicable RFO Provisions and Clauses (including specific quote submission instructions and evaluation factors).
