## Description

Update 15 Sept 2026:  Adding Q&A document attachment

The 139th Airlift Wing has a requirement for the procurement and delivery of 215 precast concrete Jersey Barriers to 705 Memorial Drive, Saint Joseph, MO 64503 (FOB Destination). All units must be 10 feet long, standard Jersey shape (32"H x 24"W), blunt-ended (non-connecting), feature integrated forklift slots, and meet a minimum concrete strength of 3,500 PSI with internal steel reinforcement. Quotes must include all transport fees, estimated delivery lead times, and vendor CAGE/UEI details.
