The project will include top coating existing epoxy flooring, lighting replacement, additional electrical work, additional HVAC supply lines, diffusers, and returns, wall construction, paint, acoustic panel and drop ceiling install. Existing bolted tables will be repainted and reconfigured, with new tops and skirting installed.The contract duration will be 180 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a small business size standard of $45 million. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 Please be advised that this notice is published solely to inform industry of the Government's intent to solicit quotations directly from 139th AW contracting office.
