This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect per the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business.
