The 133rd Minnesota Air National Guard (MNANG) has a requirement for service and calibration on eighteen (18) Fluke Electronic DSX-8000 Cable Analyzer in accordance with Fluke Electronics factory guidelines. This service includes diagnostics checks, cleaning and instrument calibration to ensure full operational conditions, any repair parts required and shipping costs. Provide an itemized list of any repair parts when the testers are returned. All repairs and materials shall be warranted to be effective for two years from date of completion of the work. Testers will be updated with a one-year serviceability period. The 133rd AW is under the impression that the described requirement is a Sole Source requirement.
