## Description

The 147th ATKW, Houston, TX. intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price order to Advantor Systems Corporation for an intrusion detection system under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). The USG has determined that Advantor is the sole provider and installer of this system. The purpose of this notice is to make the Government's intention in this matter public.

If there is any reason this requirement should not be sole sourced, due to incorrect information discovered during market research, please reach out to shawn.stewart.4@us.af.mil It is the Government’s intent to proceed with this sole-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 334290. The size standard defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is 800 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. A solicitation package will NOT be issued.

Information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the government. All information submitted should support the offeror’s capability to provide the required intrusion detection system and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government.

Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror’s capability to provide and install the system. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses and questions shall be received via email by shawn.stewart.4@us.af.mil no later than 29 August 2025 at 1:00 PM CST.
