The current control system is obsolete and no longer supported by the original manufacturer. Therefore, a new direct digital control system is needed. It is the Government’s intent for the contractor to provide a complete and usable HVAC system by providing a single, integrated, and operational HVAC control system that would allow for monitoring and control using the NIAGARA system. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns.
