The California Air National Guard, 146th Airlift Wing (146th AW) Channel Islands ANG Station, Port Hueneme has a requirement entitled: 146 MXG 150lb Fire Extinguisher Inspection & Maintenance Services. 146th AW intends to solicit quotes from at least three (3) interested sources in accordance with FAR Overhaul 12.201 simplified procedures. This will be 100% set-aside for a Small Business competition that results in award of one (1) firm-fixed-price contract. The general scope of services requires the Contractor to perform required six (6) and twelve (12)-year inspection, maintenance, and repair of 150 lb. wheeled Halon 1211 fire extinguishers in accordance with current National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 10 Standards. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to complete these services for twenty (20) 150 lb. wheeled Halon 1211 fire extinguishers over a maximum two-month period of performance intended to begin May 2026. The place of performance is the California Air National Guard Station, 146th Airlift Wing Channel Islands, 100 Mulcahey Dr, Port Hueneme, California.
