Solicitation to Superior Communications Inc. (SCI), Rockville, MD, a small business, will be for the purchase of operator and radio interface components to upgrade the 146 AW’s existing SwitchPlus IP/Voice C2 platform Command Post Console to a fully functional, two (2) controller console. SCI is the only reseller and system integrator authorized by Frequentis (C4i) to upgrade and maintain the SwitchPlus IP/Voice C2 platform. The period of performance is 30 days ADC. The small business size standard of NAICS 334220 is 1,250 employees. This Special Notice is not a request for quote. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement by 2:00 PM PDT on 06 March 2025.
