SAM.GOV experienced an upload error pertaininig to Solicitation W50S73-25-B-A002. It would not allow the publication of Abstract OF-1419 after the bid opening on 08-September 2025. This special notice is to post the abstract as SAM.gov has been unable to address the ongoing error.
