## Description

The project addresses identified deficiencies in device functionality, system configuration, and overall system architecture to improve security, reliability, and operational efficiency. The project includes device replacements, system reconfigurations, and cleanup/optimization tasks.

**Project Goals:** Restore full functionality to all identified malfunctioning access control points. Optimize system architecture for improved performance, redundancy, and ease of management. Centralize key system components for enhanced monitoring and control. Streamline badge issuance and enrollment processes. Ensure accurate and consistent system time across all components. Properly configure ACS panels for Portal SEC/ACC integration.
