**Automated Pensky-Martens Flashpoint Tester:** WE ARE REQUIRED TO UTILIZE THE SETA PENSKY-MARTENS FLASHPOINT TESTER TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH AIR FORCE SPECIFIC FUELS QUALITY CONTROL MEASURES. SETA PENSKY-MARTENS IS THE ONLY BRAND THAT MEETS ALL EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS IAW T.O 42B 1-1.

35000-0 U ; PM-93 Flash Point Tester (NSN 6630016256966) 35002-0 ; Fully automatic fire extinguisher system (factory installed) for 35000-0 35000-005 ; Sample Cup for 35000-0 PMCC 35000-001 ; Flash Detector for 35000-0 PMCC 35000-002 ; PRT Probe for 35000-0 PMCC 35000-004 ; Ignitor Assembly 35000-009 ; Screw Set Funds are not presently available for this contract.

The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
