## Description

Demo for Combined Weapons Facility (CWF) Project Site LSGA242001 A site visit is scheduled for 27 August 2024 at 9:00 a.m. EDT. Please review the base access policy. NO Contractors will be allowed on base without an approved 125 FW Form 2. Please submit 125 FW Form 2's to the following email address: 125MSG.MSC.baseaccess@us.af.mil.

**Primary Scope:** The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform the services of demolition and removal of debris of the following metal buildings (photos included in Exhibits 1-5.): Wash Rack B1404 CTK B1422/B1022A Storage Shed Optional Scope: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform the services of demolition and removal of debris of the following concrete structure and metal building (photos included in Exhibits 1, 6-7.): Loading Ramp Dock B1070 Pump House
