## Description

**Scope:** The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform the service of removal of Oak trees, Palm tree, and Fur trees with grinding of associated stumps, and haul away tree debris and mulch generated by services on the installation, as defined in this PWS.

**Background:** All trees require periodic maintenance to promote the health of the trees, safety of the installation, and base beautification. In accordance with UFC 4-022-03 the Base boundary fence line must have a clear zone.
