## Description

The Delaware Air National Guard has a requirement to procure services for a targeted vehicle-wrap advertising and brand ambassador campaign. The contractor shall provide fully wrapped vehicles that will operate in highly visible, targeted zones across Delaware (Middletown 19709, Dover 19901/19904/19906, Georgetown 19947, Milton 19968, Bethany Beach 19930, Milton 19968, and 19971 Rehoboth/Dewey Beaches) IAW all attached files.
