## Description

The 195th Wing of the California Air National Guard is conducting market research to identify potential commercial sources capable of planning, design, build, delivery, installation, integration, and accreditation support of a turnkey secure space (see NIST definition of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility: https://csrc.nist.gov/glossary/term/sensitive_compartmented_information_facility).
