## Description

**GENERAL:** This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought. There is no solicitation at this time. This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Quotes (RFQ). Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any information or costs incurred. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued.

**PURPOSE OF THE RFI:** The 144th Fighter Wing (FW) is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to meet our requirement for OTS Drysuits. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.

**BACKGROUND:** The 144th Operations Group is seeking authorized sources to provide Aerostar International, Inc. brand OTS Dry Undersuits (P/N 601GBR006A), or equivalent approved by the United States Air Force (USAF) for flight operations and use by F-15 aircrew. For submitting of an equivalent, please be sure to include descriptive literature sufficient to prove equivalency. In addition to authorized use, equivalents must meet or exceed the following:

Lightweight and breathable fabric. Reduces thermal burden in hot conditions. Protects against hypothermia. Attached waterproof stretch socks. Installed latex wrist and neck seals. Vertical bladder relief zippers. Individually sized for wearer. Compatible with OTS Dry Suit replacement parts (seals, socks, seam sealing tape). Compatible with Dry Suit Air Test Kit.
