## Description

This is a Synopsis for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement fulfills all requirements of FAR 5.207. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, Effective January 17, 2025.

1. The solicitation number is:

W50S6S25RA001 and is being issued as an (RFP).

2. Tentative date for issuance of this solicitation: 30 April 2025 3. Site Visit- A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 14 May 2025. 4. Contracting Office Address: 6620 S Air Guard Way, Tucson, Arizona 85706 5.This requirement: will be solicited full and open, the PSC is S203, the associated NAICS code is 722310. All responsible vendors may submit a quote.

**6. Contract Line Items (CLINS):** will be organized as follows; 0001,1001, 2001, 3001, 4001, and 5001. 7. Anticipated CLIN Structure: CLIN 0001 will be for the base year of service with a POP of 01 Sep 2025 - 31 Aug 2026, CLIN 1001- will be an option for the second year of service with a POP of 01 Sep 2026 31 - Aug 2027 CLIN 2001- will be an option for the third year of service with a POP of 01 Sep 2027 - 31 Aug 2028. CLIN 3001- will be an option for the fourth year of service with a POP of 01 Sep 2028 - 31 Aug 2029. CLIN 4001- will be an option for the fifth year of service with a POP of 01 Sep 2029 - 31 Aug 2030. CLIN 5001- will be an option for up to a 6-month extension with a POP of 01 Sep 2030 - 28 Feb 2031. 8. Quantity and Unit of Measure: 24 jobs for CLINs 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001. CLIN 5001 will be up to 12 Jobs. Contract type:

**Firm Fixed Price 9. FOB:** Destination, installation to be performed at Morris Air National Guard (162D Wing), Tucson, Arizona.

**10. Scope of Work:** This service will be performed at the dining facility at Morris Air National Guard Base, Tucson AZ. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to accomplish the requirements identified in the PWS.
