## Description

(1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(2) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is W50S6S25Q0004 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(3) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03 January 17, 2025.

(4) This acquisition is Not Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 336413 with a 1,250 EMP size std.

(5) Any offeror/individual desiring to be considered for contract award must submit: Quote based on the below Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN)s. Completed Section 889 representation (Attachment 2). Current, Complete, Signed AFREP Source Approval memo from Hill AFB, F-16 Engineering Division, verifying authorization to perform Intermediate Level Repair/Overhaul of F-I6 Radar Absorption Panel part numbers listed below (see Evaluation Factor 2) Completed Vendor information table (see RFQ pg. 38).
