## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT 162nd Wing Contracting Office, Morris Air National Guard Base, Tucson, AZ intends to solicit and award one Purchase Order to GasTOPS, for the purpose of providing, ChipCheck CC121 Portable Debris Analyzer designed specifically for the USAF needs for Analytical Chip Debris Classification (ACDC) requirements and an initial training to ChipCheck users.

Each new user is authorized a one-time initial training, to which the contractor will mobilize a training team within 30 days of the delivery of that users first ChipCheck Unit. Pursuant to the authority provided in FAR 6.302-1 Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES/PROPOSALS.

The government is not obligated to award, and will not pay for, any information received from potential sources because of this notice of intent. All responses received will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the government.

Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining future requirements and whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The 162d Wing Contracting Office will consider any response to the notice received within thirty (30) calendar days of the posting amendment to the notice. Responses may be submitted via email to:
