Each new user is authorized a one-time initial training, to which the contractor will mobilize a training team within 30 days of the delivery of that users first ChipCheck Unit. Pursuant to the authority provided in FAR 6.302-1 Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES/PROPOSALS. The government is not obligated to award, and will not pay for, any information received from potential sources because of this notice of intent. All responses received will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
